We had problems with an undetected roof leakage causing collapsed ceiling in 1 of a room; a total mess to put it squarely. Contacted several contractors and no one could give us a quicker response and concrete plan as Wilson and his team. Coincidently, we had been shopping around for roofing quotes with the knowledge that the roof was on its last leg, so we were confident that the price given by the firm was very solid and detailed, keeping us from the surprises and budget overruns that often plague project of this size. We eventually hired this firm to replace our roofs, fix the flooring of my upstairs room, and rebuild the ceiling of the downstair one. Throughout the work, they constantly updated us on the progress (it is fair to say the communication is the top-notch) and were very receptive of our needs and wants. They were also willing to help us with some small tasks, free of charge. Nonetheless, there was a small hiccup but the team was quick to admit errors and promptly fix that. The end result was great, no cost over-run, and passed inspections.
